Which service should I choose?
Choose a Sounding Board Session for one decision. Choose a focused review if you know the area that needs attention. If you don’t know where the problem is, the Small Business Health Check is a useful starting point. You can also ask me before choosing.
How much does small business advice cost?
The services above show one virtual session price each. Every service includes the preparation, session and written output stated on its service page. Pocket CEO, hosting and speaking are scoped and quoted separately.

Can I book without a long-term commitment?
Yes. These are standalone services. There is no requirement to buy ongoing support, an agency package or another session.
Can you look for problems I haven’t noticed?
Yes. I check the assumptions behind the question. For example, poor advertising results may involve stock availability, pricing, or margins, as well as the campaign itself. Findings depend on the information available and the agreed scope.
Is this a substitute for my accountant or lawyer?
No. I help with commercial decisions, practical business skills, and priorities. I work alongside qualified advisers. Tax, legal advice, regulated financial advice, formal assurance, and technical certifications are outside these services.
Can you work with a new business?
Yes. I can work with your idea, budget, pricing, and assumptions if you don’t yet have a trading history. Tell me your stage in the preparation brief.
When can I book and pay?
Open your chosen service, select an available time, complete the booking questions and pay securely. Your booking is confirmed after payment. Allow the preparation time listed on the service page before choosing your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and rescheduling require at least three full business days’ notice, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Melbourne. Preparation starts before your call. Late changes or missed appointments may incur reasonable preparation and unrecoverable costs, up to the service fee, after allowing for costs saved or a replacement booking.
