Before we meet
Share your goals, agency scope, channel reports, website URL and relevant stock and margin information at least five business days before we meet. Use reports or read-only access agreed in advance; never send passwords.

If your documents contain confidential or personal information, email to arrange a secure sharing method first; never send passwords. Choose a date that allows the preparation time stated above. If you cannot meet that deadline, contact me before booking. Business days exclude weekends and Melbourne public holidays.

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least three full business days’ notice, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Melbourne. Preparation starts before your call. Late changes or missed appointments may incur reasonable preparation and unrecoverable costs, up to the service fee, after allowing for costs saved or a replacement booking.

Can you review my agency without trying to sell me marketing?
Yes. This is a standalone independent review. We look at what you’re paying for, how performance is being measured and whether the activity makes commercial sense.
Can we meet in person?
All listed sessions are virtual.
