Before we meet
Send supplier quotes, product costings, freight and packaging costs, selling prices, minimum order quantities and lead times at least five business days before the session.
Email your preparation information to letstalk@brionykennedy.com.au with your service, appointment date and order reference. If your documents contain confidential or personal information, email to arrange a secure sharing method first; never send passwords. Choose a date that allows the preparation time stated above. If you cannot meet that deadline, contact me before booking. Business days exclude weekends and Melbourne public holidays.

Factory inspections, product testing, safety or regulatory certification, legal contract review and sourcing guarantees are not included. This is a commercial review, not a technical manufacturing audit.
Booking changes and cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling require at least three full business days’ notice, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Melbourne. Preparation starts before your call. Late changes or missed appointments may incur reasonable preparation and unrecoverable costs, up to the service fee, after allowing for costs saved or a replacement booking.

Can you audit my manufacturing costs?
I can review commercial product costs, supplier quotes, order quantities and margin assumptions. Technical factory inspections and manufacturing compliance need a suitably qualified specialist.

All listed sessions are virtual.
