What we’ll work through

One business, one main decision and up to two supporting questions. Ideal for a new idea, a supplier decision, a difficult trade-off or a second opinion before you spend.

• A short preparation questionnaire
• One 45-minute session with Briony, recorded if you choose
• A written next-step summary within two business days

Before we meet

Tell me what you’re deciding, what you’ve tried and what a useful outcome would be. Send up to three relevant documents or links at least two business days before your session.

Email your preparation information to letstalk@brionykennedy.com.au with your service, appointment date and order reference. If your documents contain confidential or personal information, email to arrange a secure sharing method first; never send passwords. Choose a date that allows the preparation time stated above. If you cannot meet that deadline, contact me before booking. Business days exclude weekends and Melbourne public holidays.

Know the scope

Ongoing access, implementation and a detailed audit are not included. If the problem needs specialist accounting, legal or technical advice, I’ll help you identify the right next step.

Booking changes and cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least three full business days’ notice, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Melbourne. Preparation starts before your call. Late changes or missed appointments may incur reasonable preparation and unrecoverable costs, up to the service fee, after allowing for costs saved or a replacement booking.

Your recording choice

You can choose a recorded or unrecorded Sounding Board call when booking, at the same price. Recording starts only with all participants’ agreement and can be paused or stopped on request. If recorded, a private link is emailed within two business days, subject to successful capture and processing. Save your copy within 30 days; the recording and any transcript are removed from active storage within 90 days unless a longer period is agreed or required for a legal matter. Your recording will not be used for marketing without separate permission. Read the privacy policy.
