Where it started
My first P&L was written in a primary-school exercise book.
Experience
Built by doing the work, not watching from the sidelines.
The lesson in that exercise book stayed with me: strong businesses are built on clear numbers, sound decisions and the courage to act early.
Since then, I have transformed and sold a Melbourne salon and built Adorn Cosmetics across ecommerce, manufacturing, product development, sustainability, marketing and teams.
Most recently, I founded Kennedy & Sons Total Property Care after spotting a gap in the property market. Within six months, we were providing rental maintenance to three real estate agencies, alongside pre-sale repairs and property-presentation services. Our difference is simple: we project-manage the trades so the client doesn’t have to.
That is the same instinct I bring to every business: find the unmet need, shape the practical solution and, when required, build the operation to deliver it. My advice is grounded in real cash flow, customers, suppliers, people and pressure—not theory.
